Print 101 (Tag's Screen Printing) is looking for a motivated Screen Printing Production Specialist to help grow and improve our apparel decorating department. What You'll Do Set up and operate manual and automatic screen printing equipment. Review work orders and prepare jobs for production. Mix inks and select the proper materials for each project. Prepare, register, and load screens for production. Perform press setup and calibration for accurate, consistent printing. Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed. Troubleshoot printing issues quickly and efficiently. Count, fold, package, and prepare completed orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area. Assist with reclaiming screens and routine equipment maintenance. Communicate effectively with the production and customer service teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule. Continuously look for ways to improve production quality and efficiency. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Has previous screen printing experience (manual or automatic press experience preferred). Understands screen printing fundamentals, including registration, ink management, curing, and quality control. Takes pride in producing clean, consistent work. Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Has strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality. Communicates professionally with coworkers and customers when needed. Is willing to learn new equipment, techniques, and processes. Graphic design or Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working around inks, cleaning chemicals, and production equipment. Ability to safely operate production machinery and follow all safety procedures.
