• This position offers two distinct opportunities within a precision-focused production environment: a 2nd shift roll label (converting) operator role and a 1st shift art setup role.

Both positions involve working at specialized machinery, monitoring production for accuracy and quality, and performing light machine setup and maintenance. The work is highly detail-oriented and suited to individuals who enjoy focused, methodical tasks in a quiet, climate-controlled setting.

• Responsibilities
• + Operate production machinery while seated, closely monitoring equipment to ensure smooth, continuous operation.

+ Set up machines according to job specifications, including configuring settings and preparing materials for production runs.

+ Perform basic, minimal maintenance on machines as needed to maintain safe and efficient operation.

+ Inspect products and labels for accuracy, quality, and consistency, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.

+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively during machine setup and light maintenance activities.

+ Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

+ Complete required measurement testing to confirm precision and quality standards are met.

+ Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines and production protocols.

+ Collaborate with team members and communicate any machine or quality concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Essential Skills

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.

00 - $20.00/hr.
