Press Operator -
Temp-to-Hire Target Hire:
Immediate Pay Rate:
$15-17/hr (Day Shift = 15/hr, Night Shift = 17/hr)Eligibility:
U.S. citizens or residents / EAD onlyLocation:
Newton, IA Schedule- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts What You'll Be Doing Every day is a little different, but responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the operation of large production printing equipment.
- Preparing materials and products for production and shipment.
- Supporting press operators to help keep production running efficiently.
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring finished materials meet company standards.
- Stacking, packaging, and organizing finished products.
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and operating safely.
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

- Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work.
- Able to remain active throughout a 12-hour shift, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
Candidates should be able to:
- Stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
- Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and twist throughout the workday.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements while handling products and materials.
- Work safely around large production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting quality and production standards.
- Previous shipping & receiving experience is a plus, and experience operating specialized material handling equipment is highly valued.
