1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday-Friday Job Description We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to support our manufacturing operations by building high‑quality windows and patio doors. Employees will be cross‑trained in multiple areas of the facility and work as part of a team‑oriented production environment. This is a fully on‑site, contract‑to‑hire opportunity in Norwalk, Iowa. Responsibilities Employees may be trained in one or more of the following areas: Double Hung Heavy lifting and repetitive tasks Reading schedules and product labels Direct Set Working independently after training Learning various materials and product colors Reading paperwork and labels CSMT Using hand tools such as a sash hanger and tape measure Reading schedules and production documents Patio Door (Open Line) Heavier lifting required Measuring materials using a tape measure Essential Skills Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch Solid attendance and reliable work history Additional Skills & Qualifications High attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to ask questions and learn new tasks Adaptable to cross‑training in multiple departments Able to communicate in English (primary or secondary language) At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Preferred experience: construction, hands‑on manufacturing, or tool usage Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
