Pool Server

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service at the poolside dining area Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to sanitation guidelines Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards in food handling and service areas Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Culinary or kitchen experience is a bonus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude that promotes guest satisfaction Join us as a Pool Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments for our guests!
