Pay:
$18.00-$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Located just outside Orange City, IA Responsibilities Produce agricultural biological products by accurately weighing and mixing ingredients according to production formulas. Operate production scales, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks safely. Fill jugs and totes, label finished products, and maintain accurate production records. Wash, clean, organize, and prepare totes for production. Verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production facility. Follow all production procedures and safety standards. Work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Manufacturing, production, warehouse, agricultural, or related experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Dependable, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Willingness to learn and follow production procedures. Available to work some Saturdays. Typical schedule provides Sunday and Monday off, with flexibility depending on production needs.
