Job Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks Assist with the formulation and packaging of natural animal health products Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions Education, Reasoning Ability & Experience A High School Diploma or GED is required. Must have a valid driver's license. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. A willingness to become forklift certified is required. Experience with Lock-out-tag-out is preferred but not required. Experience in manufacturing feed, food, or pharmaceuticals is preferred. Communication and Language Skills Displays contagious enthusiasm for objectives, tasks, and people. Positively affects the commitment for others. Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to work with a partner in a team setting or individually.
