Job Description
Job Overview Goal Kick Soccer is seeking a part-time Apparel Production Assistant to help with custom shirt and uniform printing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail, and wants to be part of a fun, soccer-focused team environment. Responsibilities Operate heat press equipment to apply graphics, numbers, and logos to shirts, jerseys, and other apparel Ensure accuracy in placement, sizing, and quality of each print Assist with order preparation including sorting, packaging, and labeling items Follow production timelines to meet team and club deadlines Keep workstations organized and equipment in good condition Qualifications Prior experience in apparel printing, embroidery, or related production is a plus (but not required — we'll train the right person) Strong attention to detail and quality control Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team
