• Job Title: Assembly Technician
• Job Description
• We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to assemble products using hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is provided for motivated individuals.
• Responsibilities
• + Assemble products and components according to work instructions. + Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, and grinders. + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. + Meet daily production goals while working with a team. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. + Follow all company safety procedures.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. + Basic math and measurement skills. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Additional Qualifications
• + Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or warehouse experience preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. + Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Work Environment
• This position is located in an indoor manufacturing facility with approximately 120 employees. Employees work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays. The facility is

• , and employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures throughout the year. Steel-toe or composite-toe boots are required, while all other necessary PPE is provided by the company.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
