Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the machining and production processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment with proficiency and minimal oversight Troubleshoot machining issues and utilize available resources to resolve problems efficiently Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining activities, reduce costs, and improve quality Assist engineers, planners, and team coordinators in achieving machining and production goals Train and mentor team members on programs within the discipline as needed What's Needed? Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes Minimum of 0 years of experience; training and certifications in related disciplines are a plus What's in it for me?
