Job Description

Production operator role responsible for assembly, inspection, testing, equipment operation, and material processing to meet manufacturing schedules and quality standards. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to follow operating procedures and work instructions Ability to safely and efficiently complete assigned production work Ability to inspect products during production for defects, incorrect component orientation, missing components, and wrong part insertion Ability to perform initial product conformity testing Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions Basic computer familiarity Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to sit or stand as required to perform essential job functions Availability to work assigned shifts and required overtime Consistent attendance in a manufacturing environment Preferred Skills Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting Soldering Light assembly using hand tools Product inspection and testing Knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 procedures Familiarity with 5S procedures Continuous improvement experience Job Responsibilities Perform product assembly, inspection, testing, equipment operation, and material or component processing tasks Meet production schedule requirements by following established work instructions and operating procedures Troubleshoot production issues and seek technical guidance when needed Produce products in accordance with
ISO 9001
2015 procedures Visually inspect products throughout all stages of production Identify defective parts, orientation errors, missing components, and incorrect part insertion Perform initial testing to verify product conformity Maintain organized and clean work areas, including workstations, equipment, walkways, plant areas, and break rooms, using 5S procedures Participate in continuous improvement projects
