Job Description
CTR•Cleanup & Total Restoration is a fast-growing restoration company serving the Treasure Valley. We help homeowners recover from water, mold, and fire damage—bringing properties back to pre-loss condition with speed and professionalism. We're looking for a Reconstruction Production Assistant to support our reconstruction team and help drive projects from start to finish. Position Overview This is not a general labor position. You'll work directly with our Reconstruction Project Manager to help coordinate and manage jobs after mitigation is complete. This role blends field support, job coordination, and administrative responsibility, and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager in overseeing reconstruction projects from start to completion Help schedule subcontractors and in-house crews Coordinate and deliver materials to job sites Perform job documentation and daily job management software updates (photos, notes, updates) Communicate with homeowners, project managers, subcontractors, and insurance representatives Assist with job scoping and project planning Complete punch list items (light demo, cleaning, minor install work as needed) Ensure job site quality, cleanliness, and compliance Drive company vehicle to job sites and suppliersRequirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in construction, reconstruction, or restoration Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and job management and other software systems Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple moving parts on active jobs Highly skilled with verbal and written communication with customers and trade partnersWhat We're Looking For:
