Job Description :
This is a long-term temp to hire position in a wall and truss manufacturing plant in Boise. Candidates begin work at 3:30 PM and work Monday thru Friday and finish at 1:00 AM. Overtime is to be expected. Pay for this position starts at $20.00Requirements:
Qualified applicants will need to possess the following skills and background requirements:- Comply with company safety policies and regulations
- Familiarity with hand tools including but not limited to a tape measure and speed square
- Framing or construction experience preferred
- Truss manufacturing experience is a HUGE plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and potentially holidays
