Production Operator (Nights) Job Description The Production Line Operator is responsible for running a production line safely and efficiently. This role involves overseeing operations from dough mixing to tortilla packaging, ensuring the overall performance of the line. Operators are classified by tier (T1, T2, and T3), which determines their responsibilities and rewards. This position is critical to our operations, directly impacting company metrics. Responsibilities + Operate and manage a production line from start to finish. + Ensure safe and efficient production processes. + Maintain high standards of quality in food production. + Identify and analyze problems, planning solutions. + Collaborate with team members to provide a positive work environment. Essential Skills + Strong work ethic and reliability. + Ability to identify and solve problems effectively. + Experience in food manufacturing. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment. + Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. + Ability to follow directions and work independently within a team. + Basic reading, writing, and math skills. We employ over 300 full-time employees and produce approximately 5 million tortillas per day, serving customers worldwide. Our commitment to quality and excellence has established us as a leading manufacturer of flour and corn tortillas. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00

• $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
