VAPE Team Member (Nampa/Caldwell Locations)

Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome guests with a smile and identifying customer needs.
• Selling and promoting products, providing excellent customer service to each guest.
• Explaining products to customers and asking questions to determine the right product for them.
• Maintaining a clean store presence
• Cash handling
• Processing customer orders and thank them for visiting us.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of your management team.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older with valid ID. Must be 19 to sell alcohol.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically.

(Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.)
