The Production Associate 1 is an entry-level operator who performs basic hand assembly, basic testing, and cable work under supervision. This role focuses on safe task execution, adherence to work instructions, and supporting daily production output within a supervised cell.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but not limited to:- Perform basic product assembly, basic testing, or cable work. such as mechanical assembly, part prepping, and masking per documented procedures to support daily production output.
- Follow work instructions and standard work closely to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Apply safety procedures and quality requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete assigned repetitive tasks to meet daily production expectations.
- Escalate production or quality issues to leads or supervisors to support timely resolution.
- Communicate basic production status or issues to the team lead or supervisor.
- Complete required documentation for single-level builds to ensure inventory and traceability accuracy.
- Handle materials and components correctly to minimize scrap, rework, and inventory loss
