To support our team, we're looking for a Production Associate to join Happy Hippo. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a small, high-performing team.

Position Summary:

As a Production Associate , you will be responsible for bagging, labeling, sealing, and maintaining product quality in accordance with our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This is a physical, hands-on role in a production environment that requires accuracy, consistency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Bag, weigh, and seal products accurately and efficiently Follow GMP and S.O.P. standards throughout the production process Complete and maintain accurate inventory and QA paperwork Label bags and ensure proper box/strain matching Pull and organize production materials from the warehouse Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times Ensure quality control standards are met with every product packaged

Skill Requirements:

18 years or older Ability to read and write in English Must pass a background check and drug screening Comfortable working in a dusty/dirty production environment Must wear proper PPE at all times Strong team player with the ability to take direction Dependable and punctual with excellent attendance

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Able to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
