Job Title:
Production Operator Job Description Production Operators are tasked with producing high-quality decking products within a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include stacking and packaging finished products, conducting quality inspections, moving materials, labeling and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and supporting production equipment. Depending on skill level and experience, operators may also assist with machine operation, production setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and extrusion line operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Although prior manufacturing experience is preferred, it is not required, and the company offers opportunities for advancement and training. Responsibilities Stack and package finished products. Perform quality inspections. Move materials and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean work area. Support production equipment. Assist with machine operation and production setups. Conduct changeovers and troubleshoot equipment. Operate extrusion line. Candidates should be comfortable working in very hot or cold temperatures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Meridian, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
