Location:
Twin Falls, ID Schedule:
Must be available for all shifts — Days (6 am-2 pm), Swing (6 pm-10 pm), Nights (10 pm-6 am). No fixed schedule.
Training:
2-3 weeks on day shift

What We're Looking For:
Proven record of strong performance, great attendance, and keen attention to detail Initiative to learn proactively and contribute positively to the team Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle the physical requirements: heat, noise, rotating shift work (8 & 12 hours), and both indoor/outdoor environments Mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude for quick learning
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED At least 3 years of recent full-time or part-time employment or education (in combination, within the last 4 years) Open availability for rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Kelly®?
