PROMAN Staffing is hiring for a General Helper position on 1st shift. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures at the machine center Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and print load tags Perform unitization according to customer specifications Participate in quality checks as required Work at the pace set by the machine operator to meet production goals Read and follow shop order instructions Troubleshoot issues during production runs Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the work area Comply with all company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred Proven ability to work safely and follow safety protocols Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed Comfortable working independently or in a team-oriented environment Work Environment Exposure to moving mechanical parts, ambient temperatures, and loud noise Occasional exposure to airborne particles and vibration Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 75 lbs) Frequent use of hands, arms, and ability to stoop, kneel, or crawl Must have good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) Benefits Through PROMAN Staffing Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Referral Bonuses Friendly, knowledgeable staff Call or text "HELPER" to (630) 896-1600 to learn more Visit us in person at: 1552 N Aurora Rd Naperville, IL 60563 WALK
