In this hands-on position, you'll assemble, test, and package a variety of products and subassemblies, ensuring they meet our quality and performance standards. You'll also gain experience with product modifications, updates, and repairs, while working with engineering documents such as bills of material, schematics, and test procedures. What You'll Do Assemble electrical components and housing units following clear instructions and engineering drawings. Wire-wrap wire cable to electronic terminals, ensure, cut and use hand tools Inspect products to ensure top-notch quality—spotting issues like missing or damaged components and verifying workmanship. Perform visual inspection of units for proper assembly, solder problems, missing, reversed, or damaged components Support product updates by making modifications to keep units aligned with the latest revisions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, test equipment, and packaging machines to get the job done right. Accurately track materials, maintain documentation, and keep detailed logs. Prepare and package finished products for shipment—including any required literature. Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Collaborate with your team and take on additional responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
