Sesotec is hiring a hands-on Production / Assembly Associate at our Bartlett, IL facility to assemble industrial inspection systems including conveyors, metal detectors, and material separators. If you've spent a few years on a production floor, know your way around hand and power tools, and take pride in building things right the first time, we want to talk. What you'll do: Assemble conveyors, metal detectors, and inspection equipment from drawings, schematics, and work instructions Perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly Read blueprints and wiring diagrams Test and inspect finished builds for quality and function Operate a forklift and keep a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work area What you bring: 2-4 years of hands-on assembly or production experience in a manufacturing setting Basic electrical and pneumatic familiarity Proficiency with hand and power tools High school diploma or equivalent, plus basic math and computer skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for a full shift Nice to have: Forklift certification (we'll certify the right person) Experience reading mechanical and electrical drawings What we offer: competitive hourly pay, a stable first-shift schedule, and the chance to grow with a global leader in industrial detection technology.
