PM Pay Rate:

$20.54/hour Summary Description The Sheeter Operator I supports sheeting operations by preparing materials, assisting with machine setup, and ensuring smooth production flow. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality standards and supporting downstream printing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing Assist with make-ready and setup of the sheeter Prepare rolls for production, including staging, loading, and threading through tension rollers Inspect rolls prior to sheeting and report non-conforming materials to Quality Stage completed loads for the printing operation Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including completion of sweep sheets Follow all safety and operational procedures Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership We'd Love to Hear From You If You can speak, read, and write in English You have 2+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred) You have a strong sense of urgency and are self-motivated You have mechanical aptitude You have solid problem-solving and decision-making skills You work well in a team environment Benefits At TOPPAN Packaging Americas, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support overall wellbeing.
