Job Description
Production Associate Responsibilities Work on a team to assemble metal fireplaces, heaters, grills, components, and accessories Follow visual work instructions to produce consistently high-quality products that meet specifications Apply protective coatings to manufactured fireplaces, heaters, grills, and accessories Machine operation Use Resistance Spot Welding to bond metal components and attach fasteners Handle sharp sheets of metal Set up and operate CNC machines to cut and form metal parts Operate Punch Press, Laser Cutter, or Press Break Maintain a clean and safe work environment Compensation Starting pay: $680 per week Opportunity for pay increase every 3 months Benefits (Full benefit package available after 600 worked hours) Health Insurance Paid Time Off Attendance Incentive Days Off Paid Holidays Opportunity for Overtime Weekly Pay Production Associate Requirements Able to stand most of shift (10 hours) Good technical knowledge Able to read instructions, drawings, and schematics Use hand tools, air compressed tools, power tools, identify parts Understanding of quality control principles Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance Must be 18 or older
