Job Description
Position Summary:
The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates assist in a production line personalizing each unique gift. Manufacturing Associates will inspect products, load and unload fixtures, may operate machinery, and adhere to all PMall safety guidelines and standards. 1st
Shift Between:
6:30 AM-3:00 PM
Peak Schedule Varies Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
Operate Equipment used in various production areas assist in the production process.
Load/unload equipment as needed.
Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on all production equipment within department.
Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for increasing productivity.
Report any quality or equipment issues.
Take direction from supervisor/manager.
Reads and matches item label to customer's request.
Ability to match colors, words, and products.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as be a team player.
Assist other departments when needed.
Ensure all jobs are ready for equipment as needed.
Continuously check quality.
Reports to department supervisor or assigned POC.
Attendance and punctuality are crucial.
Follows company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.

Must possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexible with shift during our peak periods. The expected hourly pay range for this position is $15.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
