What you'll do: Operate transfer equipment Prep, print, and cure transfers Maintain consistency and quality standards Keep work area clean and organized Clean and coat screens Heat apply transfers onto garments What we're looking for: Detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable working with production equipment Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment while standing most of the day • Embroidery Machine Operator You'll run embroidery machines and help bring designs to life on hats, polos, backpacks, and more. What you'll do: Operate and monitor embroidery machines Hoop garments and load designs Ensure clean, accurate stitch-outs Perform basic machine maintenance Communicate and work as a team What we're looking for: Experience is a plus, but we can train the right person Strong attention to detail and good vision is a must Ability to manage multiple jobs at once while standing for most of the day • Customer Service Representative You'll be the front line of communication with our customers—helping them place orders and keeping projects moving smoothly. What you'll do: Respond to emails and answer calls from customers Quote customers and assist with order details and product questions Coordinate with production team on timelines Provide a great customer experience every time What we're looking for: Strong communication skills (great grammar is a must) Organized and detail oriented Problem-solver with a positive attitude Why Work With Us?
