As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly, testing, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
First shift -- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm What's the Job? Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following prescribed quality and production standards Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products Move parts and materials to ensure smooth material flow within the work area Rotate between different operations within a work cell and across departments as needed Maintain accurate records of work performed and notify supervisors of any process deviations What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work Dependable transportation to and from work Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change What's in it for me?
