Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM We're hiring a reliable Production Team Lead for 2nd shift for a well-established company in Buffalo Grove, IL . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the onsite supervisors prior to placement.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with production functions Material Handling Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies Evaluate the daily work order schedules with the production supervisor Work with production associates to assign work in the designated work cell for processing ensure all production paperwork and electronic transactions are completed timely Assist warehouse and accounting teams as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of general warehousing/production experience, preferably in a kitting or assembly environment, required Previous leadership experience in a production-assembly environment required Previous experience with work cell data collection and productivity metric tracking desired Solid, basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication) along with a good attention to detail Malone Workforce Solutions is an
