Summary The Manufacturing Associate position performs all tasks involved in the production of ChiBatterySystems' products. This includes construction, spot welding, wiring and finishing touches. We also offer charging solutions and other non-battery products that require hands-on manufacturing. Our manufacturing team upholds the ChiBatterySystems building standards with the guidance of the manufacturing leadership team. We'll be ready to teach you how to build our products from start to finish. Essential Functions Assemble and construct of all ChiBatterySystems products. Prepare materials for assembly (Cells, copper, nickel, insulation, tape, etc.) Prepare assembly line machines Perform routing preventative maintenance Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment Soldering Spot welding Maintain a clean and safe work area. Adhere to safety policies and procedures Complete work orders and requests in a timely manner Track production on schedule boards. Any other tasks delegated by management.
