- Actors (Bonus) About the project: We're looking for Production Assistants to support a branded pop-up activation at the Old Town Art Fair in Chicago, IL, on June 13 and June 14. This is for 10-12-hour days. This role will assist with on-site logistics, setup and breakdown, talent and vendor coordination, and general event operations to ensure a smooth and successful experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities include supporting the production team, managing equipment and materials, helping coordinate schedules, and assisting with day-of execution.
