We're seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented team member who's ready to hit the ground running and grow with us. What You'll Do As part of our Production & Operations team, you'll play a key role in standing up and running our brand-new Chicago facility. This is an inaugural team — you'll help shape how we operate from day one, with the autonomy and ownership that comes with being one of the first on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:

You've done this work before — you don't need to be told what "clean as you go" means, and you can spot a quality issue before it becomes a production problem. You take ownership, move with urgency, and bring a team-first attitude.
Requirements:
21+ years of age 3+ years of experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar operational environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual with a history of consistent attendance Comfortable with physical work (lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, bending, climbing) Valid driver's license Pass a background check Sign a non-disclosure agreement Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory updates) Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks without constant direction
Work Environment:
