Workshop Associate Packing, Shipping & Production Support (Full-Time)

We're Printed Reef , a fast-growing small business that designs and produces custom 3D-printed aquarium products. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our workshop team and take over a key role in packing, shipping, and supporting production. This is a behind-the-scenes role — no customer interaction — just getting orders out accurately and on time every day. What You'll Be Doing Prepare all shipments for UPS pickup by 5 PM (every weekday) Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping Help with 3D printer tasks (reloading filament, restarting prints) Keep the workshop clean and organized Work Environment Small, family-run workshop (you'll work directly with us) No customer interaction — focused, task-based work Chill, laid-back environment (not corporate) Schedule Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM 30-minute paid lunch (on-site — bring your own or we order together) What We're Looking For Someone reliable and on time (this is non-negotiable) Strong work ethic — able to stay focused and move with urgency Attention to detail (quality control matters) Comfortable being on your feet and staying active Willing to learn and help wherever needed Growth Opportunity We're a small business that's growing quickly.
