Production Worker Production Associate -
Metal Fabrication Shifts:
1st & 2nd Shift Available We are hiring Production Associates to support a busy metal fabrication shop producing roofing, siding, and trim for large buildings. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates interested in manufacturing, with training available for entry-level individuals. Key Responsibilities Load and unload sheet metal and raw materials Operate trim and fabrication machines Measure and verify materials using a tape measure Inspect products to ensure quality standards Package, band, and prepare materials for shipment Assist with general production, assembly, and loading tasks Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Qualifications Manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Comfortable working with sheet metal and hand tools Ability to lift 50-60 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and safety Schedule & Work Environment 1st

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays Non-climate-controlled, fast-paced fabrication shop Why Join?
