Job Click Here Production Operator/Printing Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Process job on press based on work order requirements. Ensure machine is running efficiently and that job is completed in accordance with work order requirements. Mount paper, dies, and plates. Set punch unit and change perfs. Adjust inks and paper. Provide basic machinery support including oiling, solvents, water, cleaning, and daily preventative maintenance. Verify order materials are ready for job completion. Maintain an organized, safe, clean, and efficient work area.Other & Miscellaneous:
Suggests and participates in implementation of changes to improve the organization. Explains and offers guidance on routine procedures. Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution. Maintains good communication Complies with all company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required with a minimum of 1 year of experience in this or a relevant field. Over 1 year of experience relating to Machine/Press operator responsibilities.Tools & Equipment Used:
Operate, set up and tend printing presses.
