Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Transfers Operator to join our production team. The Transfers Operator is responsible for preparing, organizing, and applying heat transfers while ensuring quality standards, production deadlines, and customer specifications are met.

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday through Friday Day Shift - 7:00 am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Operate heat press equipment to apply transfers to garments and promotional products. Review work orders and verify transfer placement, sizing, and application requirements. Prepare garments and materials for production. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals. Troubleshoot minor equipment and transfer application issues. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with production team members to ensure orders are completed on time. Qualifications Previous production, manufacturing, screen printing, or heat transfer experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to follow written instructions and production schedules. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
