Production Associate/Product Handler - Elwood At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate/Product Handler to work with a leading logistics and supply chain company in Elwood. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations in a candy manufacturing and co-packing environment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and precision. Pay Rates 19.50 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Production Associate/Product Handler Efficiently pack, label, inspect, and assemble products, displays, and kits according to customer specifications. Responsibly load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse, while building and wrapping pallets for shipment. Ensure quality and accuracy by sorting, organizing, and verifying stock for inventory replenishment. Maintain a clean, organized workstation in strict compliance with safety policies, food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Collaboratively work with team members to meet daily production goals, reporting any equipment or product defects to supervisors. Desirable requirements for Production Associate/Product Handler Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices certified warehouse. Strong production experience working in food handling. Ability to arrive to work reliably and on time. Strong communication skills. Ability and motivation to excel in hitting required quotas. Role for Production Associate/Product Handler Support daily warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced environment. Handle materials and manage inventory staging effectively. Perform physical tasks required for packaging and pallet building. Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control.
