GENERAL SUMMARY

Reports to the General Manager. Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, managing project-related data, and updating the database. Manages basic office functions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Support:

o Creates new projects. o Communicates with project requestors to obtain all necessary project information. o Documents project information in the project database. o Sends new projects to analysts to be completed. o Reviews reports for grammar, quality, and accuracy. o Sends reports to customers when required. o Assists production staff in identifying inefficiencies and developing more efficient processes.

Administrative Functions:

o Office supply orders and inventory management. o Receptionist duties:  Greets customers, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors.  Answers phones and routes calls.  Routes mail and other packages. o Manages document, equipment, and freight shipping. o Grammatical reviews of reports o File management o Maintains company contact list. o Special projects as delegated by leadership and production staff

Communication and Coordination:

o Communicates with analysts and engineers. o Communicates directly with customers in person, on the phone, via email, and via customer portals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Administrative Assistant experience. Outgoing and customer-friendly demeanor. Excel expertise is a plus. Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-office position.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or similar standard hours).
