Position Second Shift Press Operator Schedule:
MondaySaturday Shift:
2:30 PM- 10:30
PM Pay:
$18- $25/hour, Based on experience Overtime Opportunities Available Responsibilities Operate and monitor perforating press equipment safely and efficiently Perform machine setups and adjustments as required Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipment Read and follow work orders and manufacturing instructions Complete required production and quality documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with material handling and other shop duties as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred Stamping press, punch press, or similar manufacturing equipment experience is preferred Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual is a plus Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Vacation Time More available dependant on employee
