$25-$27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Shift:

Rotating Continental Shift Days/Nights Seeking an Operator II for a leading manufacturing client in Gurnee, IL. The Operator II is responsible for operating equipment, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring product quality in a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate manufacturing equipment at assigned work centers.

+ Monitor production processes and inspect products for quality and compliance.

+ Stock materials, change supplies, and work with Operator III to maintain workflow.

+ Follow company policies and regulatory requirements ( FDA , OSHA , GMP ).

+ Support safety and quality programs and perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ), Work Instructions, and Product Specifications.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.

+ Proficiency in English (reading and writing); ability to follow instructions and procedures.

+ Experience with manufacturing tools and equipment (scale, tape gun, pallet jack).

+ Computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Outlook.
