Production Assistant

Our growing Construction company is hiring full time employee to work in our Production Department primarily applying for building permits and filling orders for jobs using our CRM, Acculynx and assisting our Production Department. You will receive full training on how to analyze a projects, material needed and how to properly calculate, order and schedule materials for a project. Day to day job duties include: Filling orders for materials for builds on upcoming schedule using our CRM Acculynx Applying for permits with every city and village that is required Updating shared spreadsheet with job order status Update order / schedule depending on inclement weather Documenting material overages and shortages at jobsites and handling accordingly and promptly Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and analyze data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS JOB.

• Salary full time position plus benefits after 90 days.

Salary to increase over time based on metrics and success in position.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
