No manufacturing experience is required — we will train the right person. This position is ideal for someone looking for: Flexible work hours A long-term stable job Extra income around school, family, or another job A respectful small-team environment Why Employees Like Working Here Flexible Scheduling After paid training is completed (typically 2-3 weeks), employees can choose their own work schedule within company production needs and guidelines.

Available shifts may include:

Daytime Evenings Weekends We work with employees to create schedules that fit real life. After 12 months of employment, employees receive: 5 paid personal/sick days annually (prorated for part-time employees) Pay Starting pay: $16.00 per hour Periodic raises based on performance, reliability, and skill development No Experience Required We provide paid training and will work around your availability during the training period. High school diploma preferred but not required. Duties May Include Assisting with manufacturing and production processes Following work instructions to maintain product quality and efficiency Operating production equipment Packaging and labeling products for shipment Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Occasionally lifting up to 45 pounds (help available when needed) What We're Looking For Dependable and self-motivated individuals Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Good attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn
