Overview:

The Production Room Lead job at Element Food Solutions (located in Hodgkins, IL) is a hands-on leadership role. You will run the daily production schedule, manage food safety, and lead a team of workers on the floor. It pays an average of $18.00 to $18.50 per hour

Lead the team: Assign tasks, train workers, and make sure your team hits their daily goals.

Follow safety rules:

Ensure all staff members follow strict food safety standards like SQF, cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and Food Defense.

Run the machines:

Set up and operate machines and help fix minor problems on the floor.

Report issues:

Find and report any equipment failures or food safety violations to your supervisor.
