• 3:30pm The LED Accessories & Lensing Technician is responsible for the handling, preparation, and installation of LED lenses and related accessories within the production process.

This role ensures all optical components are correctly selected, assembled, and installed according to job specifications to support high-quality, custom lighting products. This is a hands-on, warehouse and production floor role, working closely with assembly, inventory, and quality teams.

LED Accessories & Lensing Technician Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, cut to size, assemble, and verify correct lenses, diffusers, and accessories according to job specifications
• Install and secure lensing components into lighting fixtures per work instructions
• Read and follow job travelers, BOMs, and basic drawings to ensure accuracy
• Inspect lenses and accessories for defects, scratches, or damage prior to installation
• Maintain organization of lensing inventory and storage areas
• Label and track components to ensure proper job allocation
• Assist with kitting materials for production orders
• Work with warehouse and purchasing teams to flag low stock or incorrect materials
• Support production line to ensure jobs move efficiently and on schedule
• Troubleshoot basic fit or assembly issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company Requirements for

LED Accessories & Lensing Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly preferred
• Ability to read basic work instructions, part numbers, and job orders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials (up to ~50 lbs) throughout the shift
• Experience in lighting, electrical assembly, or similar manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with inventory systems or scanners preferred
• Basic understanding of different lens types (clear, frosted, diffused, etc.) preferred
