What You Will Do:
Precision Packaging:
Take charge of packaging, labeling, and cartoning products, ensuring label accuracy, package seal integrity, and precise counts per package and carton.
Tech Operation Expert:
Start-up, operate and shutdown basic technology manual, semi-automatic and automatic assembly/production machines and processes. Set-up & troubleshoot basic technology machines and related production equipment and processes.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality inspections following Panduit's quality systems and procedures, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Safety First:
Prioritize safety by following Panduit's safety guidelines and procedures, creating a secure work environment for all.
Waste Elimination:
Contribute to our commitment to excellence by performing daily 5S activities, eliminating waste, and optimizing efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment required. Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quickly. Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator and measuring tools. Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on your feet majority of shift.
