This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, learning new skills, and being part of a small team where every person makes a difference. What You'll Do Your day may include a variety of responsibilities, including: Create custom apparel using heat press equipment (training provided) Assist customers at the front counter and provide friendly customer service Help organize and prepare customer orders Maintain a clean and organized workspace by vacuuming, breaking down boxes, emptying trash, and completing other light cleaning tasks Support the team wherever needed as business demands change What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Friendly and professional with customers Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Ability to stay organized and work independently after training Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet throughout much of the shift Growth Opportunities We believe in rewarding employees who take initiative and grow with us. Starting pay begins at minimum wage during training. After 90 days, employees who can confidently perform the job independently will receive a performance review. Successful employees will receive a pay increase based on their performance and ability to work independently, with additional opportunities for growth as responsibilities expand.
