The Opportunity:

We are looking for dependable Assemblers ready to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have openings in two specialized areas — if you're mechanically inclined or have an electrical background, we want to hear from you. These are direct-hire, full-time positions.

The Roles:

Mechanical Assembler - Assemble fabricated metal enclosures using hand/power tools, blueprints, and mechanical equipment Electrical Assembler - Install and wire electrical systems using schematics, soldering, and AC/DC wiring techniques

What You'll Do:

Read and follow blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or work orders to complete assembly tasks Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly instruments Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards Support production across departments as needed

Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/work with your hands for 10+ hours per shift Comfortable working in an industrial environment with required PPE Identify as a job seeker with a disability or with a barrier to employment How to
