Our talented employees are instrumental to our success, and we now have an opening for a Machinist. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate axle straightening equipment safely and efficiently. Drive a forklift to move materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility. Assist with inventory movement and organization. Perform a variety of production and shop-related tasks as assigned. Follow quality, safety, and company procedures. Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Learn new processes and duties as required. Qualifications Basic computer skills. Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained). Ability to work effectively with others and communicate professionally. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and take on different assignments. Dependable and punctual. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
