Back Production Helper III

• US Light Industrial & Manufacturing New Lenox , Illinois Contract Sep 22, 2026 Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the New Lenox, IL area, is seeking Production Helper to join their team!

This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Shift:

7:00 AM

• 3:00

PM Pay:

$22.10/hour Responsibilities 1. 1

• 2 years of manufacturing experience in a high pace environment 2.

Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation 3.Ability to follow quality expectations. a. This will consist of employees working in our rework area on product that was returned due to quality issues. b. They will not be working on or operating machinery. c. Hours will be 7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM. Overtime may be available if we have leadership available to provide supervision. d. Project tenure will be approximately 1.5
• 2 months. It could be shorter depending on efficiency and productivity. e. 5
• 7 people maximum. f. Candidates are required to pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting work.
• Inspect products for quality defects and verify compliance with company standards.
• Sort and separate acceptable product from defective or damaged product.
• Rework, repackage, or relabel product as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
