Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Fully Promoted is seeking a Production Artist & Customer Experience Specialist to support customer artwork, proofing, promotional product orders, and client communication for our branded apparel and promotional products business. This role blends graphic production, customer service, and order coordination . We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator, can create polished proofs and production-ready artwork, and is equally confident communicating with customers by email, phone, and in person. Why You'll Want This Job You work on a wide variety of custom apparel, promotional products, and branded merchandise You blend creative production work with customer interaction You build experience in graphic production, promotional products, and account support You see projects move from customer idea to finished product You work in a consistent weekday environment You become part of a growing local business where your work has a visible impact What You'll Do Create customer proofs and product mockups using Adobe Illustrator Prepare and revise artwork for custom apparel, embroidery, promotional products, and other branded merchandise Resize, recolor, clean up, and modify customer-provided artwork Create production-ready artwork and layouts based on decoration and vendor requirements Make proof revisions quickly and accurately based on customer feedback Prepare artwork for various decoration methods Create promotional product virtual samples and presentation-ready proof packages Communicate directly with customers regarding artwork, proofs, revisions, product options, and order details Provide a friendly, responsive, and professional customer experience by email, phone, and in person Ask the right questions to gather complete information before artwork or production begins Help customers understand product, decoration, and artwork options Follow up on proofs, approvals, missing information, and open order questions Assist with promotional product sourcing, supplier research, pricing, and quoting Assist with purchase orders, vendor communication, and promotional product ordering as needed Help identify artwork, customer, or production issues before they delay an order Cross-train in other areas of the business and assist with projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Experience creating production artwork, customer proofs, or print-ready files Previous experience in customer service, account support, or client-facing work Excellent written and verbal communication skills A warm, professional approach to working with customers Ability to communicate clearly, ask good questions, and follow through on commitments Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously Strong organization and time-management skills Self-directed and proactive — able to recognize questions or problems and take action to resolve them Experience in promotional products, custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, signage, print production, or prepress is strongly preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods Ability to stand for periods of time as needed Ability to occasionally assist with handling, organizing, or preparing customer orders and samples About Fully Promoted Fully Promoted helps businesses grow through custom apparel, promotional products, and branded marketing solutions .
