at BioUrja Renewables LLC in Peoria, Illinois, United States Job Description Essential Job Functions for the Top Production position Monitor and make adjustments to process as needed utilizing the D/3 computer system Operate equipment within parameters to achieve desired results Start up and shut down as determined by plant rates Troubleshoot mechanical and process problems Take readings on equipment as required by departmental policies Samples product throughout the process to maintain quality and specifications Perform environmental verifications and record as needed Basic oiling and greasing of equipment Train employees new to position Perform lock outs on assigned equipment Assist in the review and creation of production SOPs Support and comply with all food safety, quality, and legality requirements Maintain a clean work area through performance of housekeeping duties Completes all required documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations Informs supervisor and affected personnel immediately of any hazards, unsafe equipment and/or acts Follow standard operating procedures, temporary work instructions, and process plans Other duties as assigned To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
